We are approaching our mid-winter Jazz Cabaret – February 22, 2017 – with the warm voicing of Ms Donna Bailey doing songs from the Great American Songbook. What a great way to take the chill from a cold winter evening!

Donna was our first guest for the Jazz Cabaret and has legions of fans. She has just returned from a gig in New York City and is very active in the local jazz scene. She will be accompanied by the very accomplished duo of Joseph DeFazio on piano and Jason Hollar on bass.

Please remember this is a benefit – ALL ticket proceeds go to the “Free Care Fund” for patients at the St. Barnabas Nursing Homes.

Good afternoon Jazz Cabaret friends,

We hope you had a great holiday season. I always have a bit of ennui after the holidays but we have the antidote for the midwinter letdown. We are bringing back the lovely and elegant Ms Donna Bailey. Donna was our first vocalist when we started the Jazz Cabaret in 2014. She and her fellow musicians will bring you music from the Great American Songbook. Music of that genre have become jazz standards and Donna’s interpretation of these songs will bring back how great the music and lyrics really are. Donna will be accompanied by Joe DeFazio on piano and Jason Hollar on bass.

If you have attended our Jazz Cabaret, you already know the caliber of the musicians we have showcased and the ambiance of the jazz club atmosphere. Please join us again and tell your friends. Advertising is one of the most costly of the show’s production – so “word of mouth” is the best and most economical way to get the word out.

Remember, this is a benefit – ALL the money made on the ticket sales goes to the St. Barnabas “Free Care Fund”. We rely on our sponsors entirely for the expenses of the musicians, food, lighting, advertising, etc.
